RATES FOR DOG & PET CARE-SERVICE IN BALLINA & LENNOX HEAD – NORTHERN RIVERS N.S.W.
Before taking on a new client, we arrange a free consultation at our premise, in order to :
- Obtain detailed information about caring for your pet
- Ascertain suitability for your dog to stay in our environment
- Complete a client consent form
- Pick up your gate / house key if necessary
The purpose of this visit is to ensure that we have all of the information that allows us to care for your pet’s needs in your absence. In order to make sure our accommodation is suited to your pet – we will suggest a trial over-night stay at our place, making sure your dog will be settled and happy whist in our care. This service will attract the normal overnight rate.

WAGGY TAILS SOCIAL CLUB – Dog Day Care – Available Monday to Friday
- 1 Dog……………………. $40 full day – anytime between 9.00 AM – 4.30 PM
PET SITTING AT YOUR HOME –
- Cat or Dog visit once daily – 20 min…………… $45
- Cat or Dog visit twice daily – 2 x 15 min……. $60
- Each additional pet….. $15
HOME STAY AT OUR PLACE – 1 Overnight = 24 hour period maximum.
- 1 Dog………………………………. $55
- Weekend arrangement……. $95
- Dog walk – 45 min………. $35
- Drop off 9.00 – 10.00 Saturday AM – pick up 3.30 – 4.30 Sunday PM.
- Drop off at the AM, followed by a pick-up during the PM – this will attract an additional charge of $40 for each individual dog on top of the overnight rate.
- There is no pick-up or drop-off available on Sunday mornings.
- No drop-off or pick-up times available on 25th/26th/31st Dec & 1st Jan.
Surcharge of 20% applies to all bookings for the period from 24th Dec.to the 1st of Jan. included.
Payment options: Cash and EFT.
Once you’ve supplied your details, we will then invoice you.
All reservations –
Full payment is required after confirmation of the dates for accommodation and before drop-off.
Cancellations made beyond 48 hours will qualify for a full refund less $50.00 admin fee – Excluding the Christmas and New Year Holiday period, where deposits taken, will not be refundable once the reservation is in place.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service will have the deposit forfeited.
Please note – Time required for dealing with emergency situations regarding your pets or home, will attract extra charges of $20 per 15 minutes. The time calculated covers emergency transport to and from your veterinarian, time spent searching for escaped or missing pets (unless we were causative in the escape) and time dealing with unforeseen events such as home invasion or home maintenance problems.
Please make sure that you purchase extra supplies for your pets so you cover the daily requirements. Any expenses incurred by WAGGY TAILS for pet food, cat litter or other essential supplies will be added to your invoice plus a $10 shopping charge.
