Dog Day-Care Service @ WAGGY TAILS Lennox Head & Ballina.

Currently trading for regular Day-Care clients only. 

WAGGY TAILS is available from 9.00-10.00 AM.  and 3.30-4.30 PM. – to organise your dog drop off or pick up – Tuesday to Saturday.
Sunday pick up or drop off  from 3.30 to 4.30 PM. only.

WAGGY TAILS can provide dog day-care service – for clients that are residents within the region of Lennox Head and Ballina, Northern Rivers N.S.W.

  • WAGGY TAILS SOCIAL CLUB – day-care for dogs, that gives your dog more than just a walk. Your dog is welcome to spend the day at our place, socializing with other companions. They will have play time with us and each other. At various times during the day there is the need for the time-out and rest our bones part of the program. The option is there, to bring along a dog blanket or daybed to make your dog’s stay more comfortable & familiar. Puppies and younger dogs really enjoy their interaction with humans and other animals, that occurs during their daycare stay. This mostly results in them being more settled by the end of the day.
  • Available Tuesday to Friday – Outside School Holidays. Drop off / Pick up 9.00-10.00 & 3.30-4.30.
  • WAGGY TAILS HOME STYLE BOARDING * – provides your dog with a home away from home. Short or medium term care for your dog is available. This option provides a relaxed and natural home style accommodation for your dog, as they will be part of our family during their time with us. They will have plenty of play time, and each day there will be the opportunity for them to take part in an excursion that will last between 30 to 45 min. Our walks are often around the Angels & Sharpes Beach location – this is included within the daily rates. Most dogs will spend the evening within our large family room, and after we all enjoy time-out in front of the TV – lights go out at 10.00 PM. We ask owners to bring along a dog blanket or daybed and ample food supplies, to make their dog’s stay more comfortable & familiar.
  • Drop off / Pick up 9.00-10.00 or 3.30-4.30. excl. Sunday AM –  Available all week to regular Day-Care clients.
  • No pick-up or drop-off services available on 25th/26th/31st Dec & 1st Jan.

Boarding requirements :

  • Available to our regular Day-Care clients only.

Waggy Tails provides home-boarding for small sized family dogs only. Due to our home-style environment, we are unable to cater for high energy, aggressive, overly dominant or un-desexed dogs of over 6 months of age. Our main focus @ WAGGY TAILS is to create a positive and harmonious experience for all our guests.

All dogs will need a current C5 (Canine Cough, Parvovirus, Distemper etc.) vaccination at least 14 days prior to check in and you’ll need to provide a copy of the certificate.

No obligation meet & greet service – No two dogs or pets are the same. We provide a free initial consultation service, that enables us to meet you and your pet in person. You probably will have some questions to ask us. We can meet you at your place or you can come to ours. If after our initial meeting we are unsure whether our accommodation is suitable for your pet, we may suggest that he or she has a over-night trial – making sure that your dog will be settled & happy whilst being in our care. This service will be charged for, as per standard over-night rate. Please note – we do not take reservations unless a Meet & Greet session has been organised first.
